Baja Veggie Burritto - a true Southwest experience

I had lunch today in downtown Phoenix at Baja Fresh (http://www.bajafresh.com/jump.jsp?itemID=0&itemType=HOME_PAGE) It was so yummy - I had a grilled Veggie Burritto. I love Baja Fresh because it is really fresh Mexican food and not greasy at all - the right snack if you sit on your butt all day like I do :-) For all of you who have never eaten at a Baja Fresh Restaurant - you gotta try it - sooo gggggooodddd and healthy at the same time - can't beat that right?
